Software still Matters after 25 years
Dorset-based Software-Matters was delighted to celebrate 25 years in business on 14th March 2019. So what's the secret to our success and longevity despite being in the ever-changing IT industry? Here's what we reckon works:
Flexibility - The business has morphed over the years from one-to-one computer tuition to Microsoft Office-based software solutions, including online web-based projects. We continue to be nimble and forward-looking.
Reliability - This has never changed. We have always believed in focusing on being honest about what we can deliver and always delivering to expectations.
Enthusiasm - Again, we believe this is key. We make sure we offer genuine solutions so that we can enjoy the satisfaction of providing them and the customer gets exactly what they need.
Wisdom - We make sure we learn from our experience and we aren't afraid to encourage our customers to follow our sometimes-hard-earned advice.
Integrity - We have always believed in an open, straightforward approach. It leads to great and productive relationships and long-standing customers.
