It is essential that we find out and understand exactly what your needs are. We do this by talking to you and asking you lots of questions.

Specify

Once we know what you want, we go away and work out a design for you. We present this to you as a detailed specification listing your information and functional requirements in plain English.

Create

Once we have agreed the design with you, we go away and produce the software for you. It usually takes us less than 2 weeks to complete the system once you tell us you want to go ahead.

Install and Train

When we've finished and you are ready, we come in and install the files and hand them over to your main user. We leave them confident and ready to go ahead and use the system.

Support

We aim to be here when you need us and out of the way when you don't! We provide telephone support to answer questions, make simple changes, and sort out problems if and when you want us to.
